Fortis Events is proud to be an Authorised Sub-Agent in New Zealand for Rugby World Cup France 2023.

The 10th Rugby World Cup is set to be hosted for the third time by New Zealand's arch-rivals France, who New Zealand will face in Paris during the opening pool match on 8 September 2023.

This match is set to be a truly explosive start to the eight-week tournament, which culminates in the final on 28 October 2023.

With matches spread across nine host cities, New Zealand will also take on Africa 1 in Toulouse and both Italy and Uruguay in Lyon during the pool phase.

Pool A & Pool B quarter-finals, as well as both semi-finals and the final are set to be held at Stade de France in Paris, which holds 80,000 fans.

France are consummate hosts, and Kiwi rugby fans will be able to enjoy all the best on offer, from fantastic food, to world-class wines and a country steeped in style, sophistication, beauty, romance and history.

The French are renowned for their strong sense of unity and you can expect this to be evident when rugby fever grips the nation.

Our incentive programme during Rugby World Cup 2019 for our client Hynds was recognised as an outstanding example of an incentive tour held concurrently with a major sporting event. Fortis Events was one of four winners out of the 83 applications, from 16 countries, and it was the first time a New Zealand participant had been selected for an award.
